Pet Policy

We love pets at Ventana. Take your dog for a stroll down Lake Street to the Village Panoway on Lake Minnetonka or head west for a run with your dog on the Dakota Rail Trail. During the dog days of summer, there's no better spot to hang than Wayzata beach.

• Max 3 Pets Per Household (Max 2 Dogs*)
• $500 Pet Fee for Dogs
• $300 Pet Fee for Cats
• Dog Rent: $50/month
• Cat Rent: $30/month rent
